This premiere event every September in Reno attracts over 100,000 people to the Stead airport for a week long event. For the busy days of the races, Care Flight will base a helicopter at the Stead airport. |

This week long eclectic art festival takes place in the black rock desert, 100 miles north and east of Reno. Care Flight is the primary air ambulance for the event and provides medical evacuation for ill or injured participants in conjunction with REMSA ground ambulances. |
